YouTuber Nikocado Avocado announces shocking weight loss of 113 kilograms

A YouTube star known for his gluttonous “mukbang” eating videos claimed to have lost 250 pounds – while convincing his millions of fans that he was still dangerously overweight.

Nikocado Avocado has over 4 million subscribers on YouTube, where he posts videos of himself and others eating excessive amounts, and revealed his noticeably slimmer physique in a video titled “Two Steps Ahead” that he posted on Friday.

The video also included a rant in which he called his followers “ants” and mocked them for watching his videos and commenting on his size despite being obese.

Nikocado Avocado called the stunt his “biggest social experiment” and managed it by staying away from his videos for months and only posting old videos he recorded before losing the weight.

The content creator, whose real name is Nicholas Perry, announced the drastic change three months after telling fans that he had “stopped his weight loss program” and taken a break.

“Two steps ahead, two steps ahead,” Nikocado Avocado began the video, showing himself wearing a panda head mask.

“This has been the greatest social experiment of my life. It’s disturbing, compelling, and gripping to watch all these sick, disoriented beings roaming the internet in search of stories, ideas, and rivalries in which they feel empowered and engaged,” he continued.

Nikocado Avocado said he felt interacting with his fans during his seven-year career as a mukbang video producer was like “monitoring ants on an ant farm.” He said he learned that people “consume whatever you tell them.”

Perry then took off the mask and fully showcased his weight loss transformation.

“I am the villain because I made myself one. And you will continue to consume these stories about me. Year after year, after year, as long as I tell the internet that I am the villain. Stories that permeate and linger and infect the minds of the ants. Influence the ants. Brainwash the ants,” he said, before telling viewers directly: “You are the ants.”

The YouTuber continued, “Today I woke up from a very long dream and I also woke up having lost 250 pounds. Yet just yesterday people were calling me fat and sick and boring and irrelevant. Humans are the most messed up creatures on the entire planet.”

In a separate video uploaded to another channel run by Perry, he explained that he has been posting years-old content to maintain his channel while working on his health.

Perry, however, wasted no time and returned to his roots, much to the delight of the audience, by bringing out a large plate of noodles to slurp down.

Although his shocking transformation surprised many fans, most were happy to see the creator in good health. One person wrote, “Let’s be honest. This is what we were hoping for instead of facing his death due to complications from his heavy weight.”

Another fan wrote: “This almost feels unreal, he managed to play us like a violin, this redemption arc feels surreal.”

“He gained weight, became a multimillionaire, lost weight – greatest comeback ever,” added another.
