We asked for your opinion after Rangers scored six goals against Ross County in the Premiership on Saturday.

Woman: So much better. I’m really happy for the big Cyriel Dessers. He works so hard and if he stays he’ll be the league’s leading scorer. Does Connor Barron have an identical twin on the pitch? What a motor that kid has and he covers every blade of grass. He’s definitely the steal of the season.

Josh: There are many positives to report. Vaclav Cerny will play a big role for us this season. Mohamed Diomande has changed the game and scored within 10 seconds of coming on. Barron dominated the midfield without batting an eyelid. Jefte is a huge improvement on Borna Barisic. Tom Lawrence, Dessers and Rabbi Matondo have also shown their quality. We just need to build more strength in depth.

Paul: Really strong performance, albeit against a really weak County side. You can see relationships developing within the team and it’s nice to see wingers pushing towards the byline and playing the ball back rather than hitting hopeful crosses into the opposition box that are easily cleared by the big centre backs. Lots to build on from that.

Stu: A great result that gives them a confidence boost in time for the Old Firm game. It’s early days, the players are still getting their fitness and sharpness back. Hopefully Celtic write us off and we can take advantage.

Alexander: A much needed confidence boost but much more is needed. Rangers still lack quality and other teams will not be so easy to beat. It is good that the goals are coming from other players as Dessers cannot lead the line on his own. Next week will be a much tougher test and will give us a better indication of where we stand.

Callum: With a much improved performance recently, Dessers has shown that he can perhaps become the permanent striker we have been looking for. Once again, Barron is a revelation in midfield and could prove to be one of our best signings in a long time.
