It didn’t take long for Kansas City Chiefs’ highly prized rookie Xavier Worthy to reach the end zone in his NFL debut.

Worthy’s speed was on display on the Chiefs’ first drive, when Andy Reid and Co. devised a brilliant trick to get the ball into his hands. After faking a handoff to Isiah Pacheco, he threw the ball to Worthy, who flew through the backfield and took a sharp turn forward.

Worthy shot through the Baltimore Ravens defense and snaked his way into the end zone for his first NFL touchdown and Kansas City’s first touchdown of the season.

It was immediately apparent what a threat Worthy could pose to the Chiefs’ offense, and her creative play led to an absolutely electrifying touchdown the first time the rookie touched the football.

NFL fans and even some of the league’s biggest star players expressed their skepticism about Worthy’s speed on social media, and even well-known speedster Tyreek Hill couldn’t resist voicing his opinion.
