St. Charles, Missouri – On Sunday afternoon, the Lindenwood women’s soccer team took on the Kansas City Roos. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Roos, leaving them at 2-2-0 on the season.
OVERVIEW

Kansas City’s strong defense kept the Lions scoreless in the game. Lindenwood had 8 more shots on goal than the Roos at halftime: 6. At the final whistle, Lindenwood and the Roos were tied 15-15. Kansas City had 12 shots on goal, the Lions had four.
Jordan Hollingsworth would be in goal from the start and save four shots. Caroline Ritter would relieve Hollingsworth with a save in the final phase of the game.
