Women’s soccer faces Wake Forest in final exhibition match – University of South Carolina Athletics

COLUMBIA, SC – The South Carolina women’s soccer team will play one final exhibition game before the opening of the 2024 season, facing Wake Forest on Saturday, August 10 at 7 p.m. at Stone Stadium.

The Gamecocks are coming off a 1-1 tie with Carolina Ascent (Aug. 5) after their first game against a professional team in program history. South Carolina will face the Demon Deacons for the first time since the 2022 season, in which the Gamecocks advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament with a 2-0 win.

Entry to the game is free. Fans will also have the option to park in one of the City of Columbia’s metered lots around Stone Stadium (pay via the ParkMobile app), the Roost parking lot or the indoor tennis court parking lot. The Athletics Village parking garage and turf field will be not be available.

Single game tickets are on sale now. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth 17 and under, and $3 for groups of 15 or more (if purchased in advance). Fans can also purchase the Gamecock Go Pass for $20 per month. The subscription mobile pass provides access to all home non-league games, as well as all home games in men’s and women’s basketball*, baseball*, softball, soccer and volleyball.
