According to The Court Jeweller, the original diamond and pearl tiara had been in the family for generations until it was shockingly stolen in 1995 and sent to Garrard’s in London for cleaning. The sparkle was never recovered and the luxury jeweller recreated the tiara for the Norwegian royals that Märtha Louise wore 22 years ago.
Märtha Louise, 52, and Behn had daughters such as Maud Angelica, 21, Leah Isadora, 19, and Emma Tallulah, 15. They separated in 2016. Their divorce was finalized the following year and in 2019 Behn committed suicide at the age of 47. After the death of her ex, Märtha Louise spoke openly about her depression.
