In the latest trading session, Duke Energy (DUK) closed at $115.14, down -0.64% from the previous day. The stock lagged the S&P 500 which was up 1.7% for the day. The Dow, on the other hand, posted a gain of 1.26%, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq gained 2.51%.
