Juan Soto’s single in the 10th inning helped the Yankees to a 2-1 victory over the Red Sox in the series opener on Thursday night.
The big hit came one night after Jazz Chisholm Jr. brought home a single by Jon Berti in the 11th inning to beat the Kansas City Royals at Yankee Stadium.
Now the Yankees and the Red Sox will meet again on Friday night in the Bronx.
