Only Herbert remains for the re-formed Bolts, who begin their era under Jim Harbaugh in his return to the NFL.

Neither of these teams made the playoffs last season, which is unusual for franchises that are usually considered division championship contenders. But with new leadership and a tough restart, LA and Seattle have every reason to be optimistic for the 2024 season.
