West Ham United Women’s team begin their Perth International Football Cup campaign on Thursday with a thrilling clash with French heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain at HBF Park.

Rehanne Skinner’s Hammers are some 9,000 miles from home on their first overseas tour as they intensify their pre-season preparations for the 2024/25 Barclays WSL season.

Having arrived Down Under on Sunday evening, begun training and taken part in a number of on and off-field activities, the team is now ready to take to the field. First up is last season’s Division 1 Féminine runners-up.

Following this meeting with PSG, West Ham will face either Manchester City or Leicester City in the Perth International Football Cup final or the third-place match. In both games, if the score is level after 90 minutes, a penalty shootout will be held to determine the winner.
