TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — A Wells Fargo employee who died in a Tempe office was not found until days later, authorities say.
According to Tempe police, 60-year-old Denise Prudhomme, who worked at the Wells Fargo headquarters near the intersection of Priest Drive and Washington Street, reported to work at 7 a.m. on August 16. However, four days later, on August 20, Tempe authorities responded to the scene, where they reported a “sick individual.”
Building security found Prudhomme dead in the building a few days after she left the job. Authorities say no signs of foul play were found.
Arizona’s family contacted Wells Fargo and received the following statement:
The Tempe Police Criminal Investigation Bureau is working with the Maricopa County Coroner’s Office to determine Prudhomme’s cause of death.
