UT welcomes fans at Morgan Wallen concert at Neyland Stadium

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The University of Tennessee is preparing to welcome concertgoers to campus for the two-day Morgan Wallen concert at Neyland Stadium on Friday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st.

Both shows begin at 6:30 p.m., with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. Up to 80,000 people are expected to attend each show. The university is asking concertgoers not to arrive on campus before 2 p.m. on Friday, as classes will still be in session.

The university will provide parking and shuttles for the concert. Campus parking will be open to concertgoers with parking permits starting at 2:00 p.m. T-buses will also be converted to special event service at this time. Concertgoers with general area tickets will access their digital tickets through the Ticketmaster app. Those with premium tickets will access their digital tickets through the Tennessee Athletics app. Those with court level tickets will access through Gate 7 and those with auditorium tickets will access through Gate 25.

The university recommends that all concert attendees download their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay before arriving on campus.

As a special highlight, concert ticket holders receive free admission to the Tennessee Lady Vols volleyball game against Western Michigan on Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the Thompson-Boling Arena at the Food City Center.
