Trucks & Parts recently announced the promotion of key team member Lindsay Hochman to the newly created position of Director of Sales Operations for its nationwide truck dealership.

Since joining the company in 2013, Lindsay began her career at Trucks & Parts as a Sales Administrator. Over the past few years, she has been a standout employee and has excelled in every role including Sales Administrator, Human Resources Manager, Senior Business Systems Manager, Senior Sales Support Manager, Senior Sales Operations Manager, and most recently, Director of Sales Operations.

Custom-built systems for managing, sourcing and reconditioning vehicle inventory, advanced Salesforce development, standard operating procedures and sophisticated accounting systems provide Trucks & Parts with the most efficient operations in the industry, maximizing efficiency and customer service.

Her leadership skills and ability to inspire her team have helped foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, resulting in exceptional performance by the department. In addition, she has been instrumental in supporting the company’s comprehensive safety programs by developing and coordinating regular safety training sessions that all employees attend.
