Following their final tour in 2022, Deftones’ highly anticipated return to the stage has been announced for early 2025. The North American tour will see the band play major venues across the US, from Madison Square Garden in New York City to the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Featuring opening acts The Mars Volta and Fleshwater, the tour will include a total of 24 shows.

Before the 2025 tour, the band will headline their fifth annual Day of the Deftones Festival on November 2nd at Petco Park in San Diego, California. Last year, the band invited a diverse lineup including rising rap star Doechii and hyperpop pioneer 100 Gecs. For the 2024 festival, the band has enlisted alt icon Duster and Bristol-based band IDLES.

In recent years, the cult following around the band has expanded to include young listeners who have rediscovered their ’90s alt-rock sound. In 2023, Heaven by Marc Jacobs put the band in the spotlight through their collaboration with Stray Rats and featured a selection of Deftones merchandise.
