Springer is undoubtedly one of the noblest Autobots ever. He is not only an incredible fighter, but also carries himself with enormous self-confidence. To make things even better, he is always armed with clever one-liners that add levity to even the worst situations. Although Springer has all the qualities to be a worthy part of the live-action Autobot roster, he was not in the Transformers Live-action films. In the original story of the franchise, he even gets to take over the Matrix of Leadership twice and lead the Autobots, but the live-action films weren’t particularly kind to him.

Interestingly, Springer also features in its plot. However, Springer is the only Autobot character who rarely appears in digital media after the film. Although the Autobots manage to stop the planet-eating creature from devouring the Earth, Transformers: Rise of the Beastshis return seems likely in the future installments of the franchise. Since the Decepticons have not officially appeared in the live-action reboot films, they should also become one of the main villains in the upcoming films after arriving on Earth from Cybertron. Future Transformers Live-action films seem to offer enough space to introduce not only exciting crossovers and compelling villains, but also forgotten Autobot characters like Springer.
