Yelp has compiled a list of the best sandwiches in each state, and Ohio’s best sandwich is located near the capital. You could say this sandwich is anything but subpar (pun intended).

Just a few miles from Columbus, Newfangled Kitchen is located in Bexley. Owners Eric and Laura Dennison specialize in their homemade meatloaf made from 100% beef.
Their thick-cut meatloaf sandwiches are the best sandwiches in Ohio according to Yelp.
Their popular “Swiss’shroom Melt” features portobello mushrooms, Swiss cheese, homemade meatloaf and “Fang” sauce, a white mayonnaise-based Southern barbecue sauce infused with a number of secret ingredients.
According to Newfangled Kitchen’s website, the menu includes six different types of meatloaf sandwiches, as well as sandwiches with different meats, a kids’ menu and many other food options.
