The 74th Kiwanis Pancake Day in Danville attracts chefs and customers

The David S. Palmer Arena was the gathering place for the 74th Kiwanis Pancake Day on Thursday in Danville. One of the Kiwanian chefs was Carla Gifford.

AUDIO: I think it’s a wonderful tradition we have here. And it’s amazing to see all the community members come out. And that’s the fun of being here, just standing in front of the community and serving them some great pancakes.

Another Kiwanian working hard to keep things going was Jim Carey.

AUDIO: We know that we donate to about 18 groups in Danville. And we’re happy to do it for them, and it helps them a lot.
