Sylvester Stallone prepares his daughters to take over the Hamptons with a $25 million mansion

Sylvester Stallone has signed a purchase agreement for a newly completed $24.95 million estate in East Hampton. New York Post. When Architecture Digest visited Stallone’s house in Miami in 1997, the Rocky The star revealed that he started with a house that was really in need of renovation. “There was nothing we didn’t need to fix,” he said. With this new home in the Hamptons, he took the exact opposite approach; the eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion was offered furnished and turnkey. Florida-based designer James Michael Howard furnished the home from top to bottom with hand-selected antiques, artwork and rugs. The three-story property is full of rich hues and intricate patterns – likely an appeal for Stallone, who cited “warmth, boldness, grandeur” as his interior design goals during his time as a real estate agent in 1997.
