Great Place to Work, an authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership, recognizes companies that meet its benchmark based on employee reviews of their experiences.

The two-stage certification process includes a short questionnaire and an employee survey.

More than 21,000 workplaces have received this certification, including Signet Jewelers, Jewelers Mutual Group and HK Designs.
