Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha broke all the stereotypes surrounding marriage when she married the love of her life, Zaheer Iqbal, in an intimate ceremony at her house. The actress had a registered wedding followed by a grand reception party. However, according to the latest rumours, Sonakshi is planning to sell her wedding house and the news came as a shock to her millions of fans.
Sonakshi Sinha sells her sea-view house in Mumbai where she got married
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Sonakshi Sinha’s luxurious apartment in Mumbai is up for sale. The actress recently got married to Zaher Iqbal on June 23, 2024, at the same location. The rumor started after the video of Sonakshi’s house with the price was posted on a real estate agency’s Instagram account. The post described the place as a luxurious sea view house in Aureate Building, Bandra Reclamation.

The super-sized 390 sq. ft. apartment with a sea view was earlier a 4-bedroom apartment. However, Sonakshi, who moved out of her parent’s house, has converted it into a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with terraces. It is a beautiful apartment with many modern amenities. However, the apartment is up for sale for Rs 25 million. While Sonakshi has not responded to the furore, she liked the Instagram post.

While one user wrote that Sonakshi is “desperately” trying to sell the flat, another wondered why this is happening so quickly. Another netizen commented, “This is Sonakhi Sinha’s home… she is moving out too soon…” One of the fans wrote, “Why is Sonakshi Sinha selling her house? She bought it just some time ago.” For those who don’t know, Sonakshi moved into this apartment in 2023.

Some time ago, Sonakshi Sinah had shared an IG story on her Instagram account in which she was seen decorating her bedroom. In the clip, she was dressed in a black boyfriend t-shirt and had tied her hair in a bun. She pasted a leafy wallpaper. Over it, she wrote, “Making it a home.” In another photo, she shared a series of photo frames that seem to depict a sweet moment from her wedding.

Like every other girl, Sonakshi too dreamed of marrying the person she loved and her dream came true with a cute registered wedding. She finally convinced her parents, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha, of her love for Zaheer and gave them confidence. They agreed and joyfully attended the biggest day of their lives. A clip from Sonakshi’s intimate wedding went viral. In it, Sonakshi pressed her thumbprint on the wedding paper, jumped for joy and hugged her husband Zaheer.
