Solved: Tech Sideline payment issues

We are happy (and relieved) to announce that our payment processing is back up and running as of 11pm last night (Friday). If you are a subscriber, your sign-ups and renewals now work, and if you are not a subscriber but are interested in subscribing, you can now subscribe.

Thanks to our technical team for fixing this issue.

Subscribers: Since payments were down for “only” four days, the issue did not affect the vast majority of you. Your subscription was not affected and your renewal will be processed as normal when you are up for renewal. (Or renew manually if you are not set to auto-renew.)

For some of you, renewal failed last Monday evening/Tuesday morning. We have extended your subscription until next Monday evening and you will need to renew manually on the Tuesday after the renewal expires.

Also, some of you tried to rejoin (or start a new subscription) and we gave you a free week. After your week is up, you’ll need to purchase a subscription.
