This 27-year-old woman and her 34-year-old husband have been married for three years and together for four years before that, but a new colleague at work is starting to cause problems in their relationship.

To put this into context, your husband recently received a promotion that moved him to a different department. And in his new role, he began interacting with a young female colleague – who is 24 years old.

“I don’t like her and I haven’t from the beginning,” she said.

You may be wondering why? Because every time his colleague visits her husband’s office, she makes sure to refer to him as her “work husband.”

“Or she does simple things like making him something to eat or giving him an extra big hug,” she revealed.

Yet nothing made her angrier than what happened last week – when her husband came home from work one evening.

Earlier that day, she had prepared a nice lunch for him. But when she got home, she found that his lunch bag was still full of the food she had prepared.

When she then asked her husband why he didn’t eat his lunch, he admitted that his colleague had also made him food – and claimed that he didn’t want to seem “rude” by wasting the food.

“I got up at 6 a.m. just to make him his favorite meal,” she explained.
