Shannon Sharpe is slammed by Snoop Dogg, Cam Newton and Kai Cenat after accidentally streaming a sex tape

Trying to laugh off the embarrassment of accidentally streaming a video of himself having sex, Shannon Sharpe invited the likes of Snoop Dogg, Cam Newton and Kai Cenat onto his Nightcap podcast with Chad Johnson to poke fun at him.

On Wednesday, fans of the NFL Hall of Fame inductee and sports commentator were stunned when his Instagram account live-streamed footage of a man and a woman having sex – with no faces visible.

Sharpe initially claimed he had been hacked, but later admitted that this was not the case and that the male voice in the video was actually his.

Now he can at least extract some good content from the situation, as he invited numerous people to his podcast on Thursday evening to talk about the ordeal.

Snoop Dogg largely supported “Uncle Shannon” after joining the stream.

“Everyone has sex, everyone indulges in it. It’s just that yours was broadcast all over the world, baby,” he joked.

Sharpe then asked the rapper if he thought he would survive the ordeal.

“There will be more women lining up to see you than anything else,” he replied.

Former NFL quarterback Cam Newton also joined the stream – and hilariously put Sharpe through a mock trial while asking him questions about the situation.

At one point, Newton asked him what he wanted to be called during the mock trial – adding that he would not call him “daddy” like the woman in the sex tape did.

Streamer Kai Cenat also took part in the podcast and began his appearance with the sarcastic words “So, so, so,” before calling the former tight end a “freak.”

Comedian Godfrey also mocked Sharpe by pretending to be him during their intimate moment and pointing his camera at the ground, as was done during the now infamous live stream.

Sharpe is clearly trying to play down the incident, but previously admitted on his podcast that he cried immediately afterward.

“I’m embarrassed for a number of reasons,” he said. “People rely on Shannon to be professional, even when I’m behind closed doors,” Sharpe said.

“I am very disappointed in myself, not in the act. There are millions and billions of people of consenting age who participate in these activities.”

On Thursday night, he added: “My grandpa always said, ‘Boy, if you mess it up, clean it up. That’s on me, I have to own it, I have to own it … it was an honest mistake.'”

Yet Sharpe still finds a way to capitalize on his mistake.

He advertises a sexual enhancer called Ro Sparks, promising that it is “a long-lasting treatment in a new sublingual form that enters the bloodstream faster, giving you more spontaneity.”

Ultimately, Snoop Dogg doesn’t feel like his friend has any reason to be bad.

“You are not married. You have the right to do what you want, when you want and how you want. So there was no need to apologize.”
