FJ Young Elementary School proudly participates in the national Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students) program. The goal of this program is to provide a positive male presence for students as they arrive and depart from school. Fathers and grandfathers of students visiting campus volunteer to greet and support the young students, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment.

FJ Young Elementary School has launched a national program called Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students). This initiative aims to give the fathers and grandfathers of local students the opportunity to actively participate in school and volunteer. “We know that in the world we live in, children lack male role models,” says Morgan, a counselor at FJ Young Elementary School.
