Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son is seen in the courtroom reading the indictment against his father

Shortly after arriving at Manhattan federal court Tuesday morning, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ eldest son, Christian “King” Combs, walked with a group of seven men into the fifth-floor courtroom, where each of them demanded a copy of the indictment against the music mogul.

In a Federal Court indictment opened on Tuesday, September 17, at 10:00 a.m., the father is accused of three counts: conspiracy to commit organized crime, sexual trafficking through the use of force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

Sitting in an orange chair in the docket, surrounded by the other men, the younger Combs was seen reading the 14-page indictment outlining the charges against his 54-year-old father.

Each of the men silently leafed through his own paper copy of the indictment, in which prosecutors allege that Sean Combs forced women to engage in “precisely orchestrated performances” he called “freak offs” that he “arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded,” according to the indictment obtained by PEOPLE.

The indictment goes on to say that the singer used the recordings as “collateral to force the victims’ obedience and silence” and thus “threatened their careers and livelihoods, even if they refused to take part in the freak-offs.”

During the alleged “freak offs,” which allegedly involved sex workers, prosecutors allege in the indictment that “Combs distributed a variety of controlled substances to the victims, in part to make the victims obedient and compliant,” and that “Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids afterward to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”

Prosecutors allege that during the “Freak Offs” – and on other occasions – the singer “hit, kicked, threw objects at and sometimes dragged the victims by their hair,” causing injuries that “took days or weeks to heal.”

Federal authorities also allege in the indictment that they seized “various freak-off supplies, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricants” from his Miami and Los Angeles homes in March.

Combs was arrested late Monday night at a Manhattan hotel. On Tuesday, his defense filed a bail proposal offering him $50 million to keep him out of prison.

In April, his eldest son, who is not named in the federal indictment, was jointly accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed by Grace O’Marcaigh in Los Angeles Superior Court.

In a statement from his attorney, reported by HotNewHipHop.com, Aaron Dyer called her allegations “fabricated lies and irrelevant facts.”
