We all have a strong suspicion that the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be released sometime in the near future. However, the latest hint comes straight from Samsung’s own support pages, which is about as much confirmation as you can get before an official announcement.
The support page comes from Samsung France and is still online at the time of writing. It focuses on a device with the model number SM-S721B/DS but does not reveal any further information about the device.
But considering that the Samsung Galaxy S24 is the SM-S921B and the Galaxy S23 FE is a SM-S711B, this model number would fit very well as the Galaxy S24 FE in the Galaxy phone lineup.
We don’t know exactly when the Galaxy S24 FE will launch, but the existence of a support page suggests it could happen soon. There are no further clues as to when the launch might happen, but the next month or so will be quite busy from a new phone perspective.
Not only will Google announce the Pixel 9 series at the Made by Google event next week, but Apple is also expected to unveil the new iPhone 16 series in early September. Both events are likely to divert a lot of attention from the Galaxy S24 FE if Samsung doesn’t play its cards right.
The Galaxy S24 FE is expected to look very similar to the Galaxy S24, but it will reportedly come in 5 different color options. We also expect the phone to run on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in North America, although international models, as this French support page shows, will likely use an Exynos 2400 chipset instead.
Another rumor suggests that the phone could come with an impressive 12GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. It may also feature a 4,500mAh battery, 500mAh more than the Galaxy S23 FE, and the same 50MP main camera as the Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy S24.
