Sabrina from “Love Is Blind” wishes she had “listened to her intuition” on her wedding day

When it aired last night (August 26) on Netflix, viewers learned what life was like for the pod troop outside of the experiment and that one couple’s wedding did not have a happy ending.

Sabrina and Steven announced their separation, breaking the hearts of fans who had been rooting for them in the pods and in the outside world.

Although her wedding day couldn’t have gone better, Sabrina admitted in an exclusive interview with RadioTimes.com that she wished she had listened to her intuition just a little bit more before the big day.

Sabrina admitted that she was “really torn” on her wedding day, even though viewers don’t see any of that in the episodes.

Sabrina explained her attitude as follows: “It was like your logical mind was going against your heart. So my heart was telling me, ‘This is your person, of course you’re going to marry him – that makes perfect sense.’

“(But) my logical mind told me, ‘Not enough time has passed, you haven’t experienced the outside world together. You don’t know anything about where he lives, what he does, (or) any important things that really matter in a relationship.'”

One thing particularly struck viewers in all episodes: there was quite a distance between Sabrina and Steven. Sabrina lived in Belfast and Steven in London. However, they were both ready to master the relationship.

But Sabrina wishes she had more time to think about everything.

“I think I just wish I had listened to my intuition a little more,” she said RadioTimes.com“That’s probably a lesson I learned the hard way.”

Even though things didn’t go quite according to plan, Steven doesn’t regret his time on the experiment or its consequences.

“We were all ourselves, it was so authentic and I think you could see that,” Steven told exclusively RadioTimes.com.

He continued: “You could see how everyone overcame their own hurdles in their own way and they showed that they are only human. So no regrets.”
