Rosie O’Donnell’s son Blake has officially tied the knot!

Blake O’Donnell and his fiancée Teresa Garofalow Westervelt got married on August 16, 2024, and the comedian shared glimpses of the wedding on social media along with the happy couple.

Rosie O’Donnell posted several sweet moments from the reception on Instagram, including a snapshot of her son and daughter-in-law during their first dance as a married couple.

The star of “A League of Their Own” also gave his fans a first look at the mother-son dance at the wedding and revealed in the caption on Instagram that they danced to “Time After Time” by Cyndi Lauper.

“When you’re lost, you can search and you will find me – again and again,” she wrote in the caption of a sweet photo of her and her son on the dance floor.

Rosie O’Donnell shared another photo of herself and her son dancing together at the reception, adding “so much love” in the caption.

The comedian then revealed more details about her son’s wedding, including sharing a snapshot from the “memories table” at the reception, which included a tribute to her late mother Roseann, who died when she was ten years old.

The mother of five also revealed another family aspect of the wedding, noting on Instagram that her daughter Vivienne acted as her older brother’s maid of honour in a photo alongside the other witnesses.

Rosie O’Donnell has children Parker, Chelsea, Blake and Vivienne with her ex-wife Kelli Carpenter and daughter Dakota with her ex-wife Michelle Rounds, who died by suicide in 2017, according to People.

Blake O’Donnell and his now wife Garofalow Westervelt looked back on their special evening in a joint Instagram post, calling it “a day full of love” alongside a carousel of photos from their wedding.

“We are overwhelmed by all the love and joy that surrounded us on our wedding day and our hearts are so full seeing how much fun everyone had!!,” the caption continues. “We couldn’t have asked for a more magical day and are blessed to have so many people who love us.”

The couple’s wedding came almost two years after Blake O’Donnell proposed to his then-girlfriend after more than six years of dating.

He proposed to Garofalow Westervelt on December 18, 2022, during a performance of The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway; his mother witnessed the moment.

Rosie O’Donnell shared a snapshot of the moment on Instagram, including a photo of her son on one knee and a snap of her posing with Hillary Clinton.

In the caption she wrote, among other things: “Last night my son Blake proposed to his girlfriend Teresa – and she said yes!!!”

“The crowd clapped – and Hillary Clinton was there too. I cried throughout the entire Phantom of the Opera and wished my mother was here to witness it all,” she added.

Blake O’Donnell shared several snaps on his own Instagram, including a selfie of the couple showing Garofalow Westervelt her new ring.

“I liked it so I (finally) put a ring on it,” Blake O’Donnell wrote under the photo. “I can’t wait to start the next chapter of our life together and I’m so thankful I get to do it with my ride or die.”
