There will be no tensions surrounding the royal family at the wedding, which is expected to be the wedding of the season.

Prince Harry will miss the wedding of his friend – and the godfather of his son Archie Hugh Grosvenorthe Duke of Westminster, next month, while his older brother, Prince Williamwill act as an usher at the ceremony, reports The Sunday Times.

According to reports, the British monarch will also not attend the wedding as he continues to undergo cancer treatment.

The heir to the throne was given a tour of the facility by administrator Tracy Smith on May 10 and asked: “May I ask how Princess Kate is?” He replied that Kate was “doing well.”

When asked about his children, William joked: “The children are very jealous that I am here. Maybe we will come later in the year.”

Kate publicly confirmed her cancer diagnosis in March, explaining that her doctors discovered cancerous tissue in her body during abdominal surgery in January.

“My medical team have therefore advised me to undergo preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of this treatment,” she said in a video released via Kensington Palace in March. “I am doing well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that help me heal my mind, body and soul. Having William by my side is also a great source of comfort and reassurance, as is the love, support and kindness that so many of you have shown.”
