Charles Xavier… for a bald guy in a wheelchair, he’s pretty hyper. When he’s not possessing his red-haired teenage students, he’s been hanging out with Amelia Voight, Gabrielle Haller, the majestrix of the Shi’ar Empire Lilandra Neramani and Moira MacTaggertHe met Moira at Oxford University, but apparently someone introduced her to Charles. Because this week Uncanny X-Men #2, we’ll meet someone else. Apparently his first girlfriend, another American he met during his time at Oxbridge.
Sarah. Who is basically completely out of their depth? Still, this is Oxford, a place where all sorts of young men meet women who are completely superior to them, but for some reason it doesn’t matter, and so they get the kind of irritating confidence that will fuel them for the rest of their lives. Like starting a school for mutants that’s also a vigilante task force when you yourself have no idea what you’re doing.
Even if the women in question have to take the first step to overcome this loss of trust. Why haven’t we heard from Sarsah in recent years? And will she, like Amelia Voigt and Moira Mactaggert, turn against him and become an antagonist? I mean, the chances are good, right? She can’t be the prophesied Endling, can she? Considering that she’s in Uncanny X-Men #2 of Gail Simone And David Marquez as a kind of beginning?
