The international team completely flipped the Presidents Cup script on Friday afternoon.

After the international team won its opener at Royal Montreal on Thursday, it prevailed in the alternative toss games on Friday afternoon and was back in the lead 5-5 at halftime. It was the first time in Presidents Cup and Ryder Cup history that two sessions were won consecutively, and it was also the International Team’s first win in an alternate shot session since 2005.

There will be two sessions on Saturday, first with a series of four-ball games in the morning and then a series of four-ball games in the afternoon. The final twelve individual games are now prepared on Sunday and will conclude the event.
