    In Frazee, shots were reported at a residence on Highway 10. Arlan Ray Bergstrom, Jr., 31, of Detroit Lakes, was pronounced dead at the scene. Willis Charles McDonald, 31, of Frazee, was arrested at a residence south of Frazee in Ottertail County. He is charged with first-degree manslaughter and second-degree murder, according to court records.
