NYT Strands today (Game No. 205) – the answers
The answers to today’s Strands, Game No. 205, are…
- MARTIANS
- CYBORG
- DROID
- MUTANT
- ROBOT
- FOREIGNER
- SPANGRAM: SCIENCE FICTION
- My rating: Simply
- My result: Perfect
I probably found this Strands game easier than most, since, as the Spangram puts it, I’ve been reading SCIENCE FICTION for about four decades. But even if I hadn’t, I probably wouldn’t have had too much trouble here. Some of the words are a bit, well, basic for the subject matter — as I said, I read a lot of science fiction, and MUTANTS and MARSIANS really don’t come up that often compared to a lot of other subjects like time travel, space, AI, and the cyberverse. But as a kid’s guide to the genre, it just about works.
