Nvidia’s Blackwell deliveries for 2025 will be a “firework” for the stock

Nvidia (NVDA) reported its sixth consecutive earnings increase after the market closed on Wednesday. The technology giant’s second-quarter results beat estimates for both revenue and profit. Despite beating estimates, Nvidia shares still fell after the quarterly report was released.

To provide insights into this development, Beth Kindig, Lead Tech Analyst at I/O Fund, joins Morning Brief.

Kindig calls Nvidia’s report “great,” noting that the company’s forecasts continue to be revised upwards, never downwards. Although Nvidia mentioned delays in shipping its Blackwell GPU, Kindig says that’s “nothing to worry about; if anything, it’s extremely optimistic.”

She explains that Nvidia is in the middle of a product cycle and that the delivery of the Blackwell GPU chips will be an “absolute, ultimate fireworks display” for the company.

“It’s important to understand that there is a delivery cycle for this company. Some media outlets have blown that out of proportion,” Kindig tells Yahoo Finance. She adds, “There will be fireworks again for Nvidia early next year, and we’ll be on track for that $10 trillion (valuation).”
