NFL scores, live updates: Chiefs and Chargers meet in AFC West battle in Los Angeles

The Kansas City Chiefs are 3-0 thanks to three narrow wins that came on their last few possessions and will face a division rival for the first time in Week 4 when they travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers. Kansas City made it last week on the ground without Isiah Pacheco.

However, the Chargers do have quarterback Justin Herbert available after he battled an ankle injury all week. That should provide a big boost on Sunday afternoon.

Elsewhere last season, the 2-1 Commanders and rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels are in Arizona to face the Cardinals, the 49ers host the Patriots and the Raiders will try to rebound from a loss to the Panthers with the Browns to relax in Las Vegas.
