Disney’s All-Star Movie Resort has a new mural on the lobby wall in front of the World Premiere Food Court and Donald’s Double Feature.
All-Star Movies Mural
The mural replaces photos of movie stars from past years that made up the All-Star Movie Hall of Fame.
The wall is the same blue color as before. The palm trees are new and spotlights behind the green mountains of Hollywood move across the center. The silhouettes of various characters wave and show pictures like paparazzi behind a red painted rope attached to gold posts. At the base of the wall runs a red carpet that stretches across the entire mural.
The silhouettes of the characters are in the same light blue or dark blue, giving the mural depth. The characters include Donald, who is holding an autograph book and a pen, and Oswald makes a special appearance.
A sign indicates that the lobby mural is currently being renovated, but the work appears to be complete and dry.
Many characters are recognizable, while some of the character silhouettes you may not recognize are inspired by short films. In true Goofy fashion, one silhouette unlike any other slips on a banana peel.
All-Star Music has already unveiled a new mural with a similar art style.
The All-Star Sports Hall of Fame photos were removed, leaving faded squares on the green wall. We expect a matching mural to be created there as well.
