Saturday’s MLS action had everything soccer fans could imagine: dramatic upsets, shocking performances, unforgettable goals and thrilling games.

Chris Armas’ team secured a comfortable win over Toronto FC, while RSL played out a thrilling 3-3 draw with Phil Neville’s Portland Timbers. Elsewhere in the West, LAFC suffered a shock defeat, while Houston Dynamo emerged victorious in the Texas Derby.
In the East, league leaders Inter Miami suffered a late equalizer from NYCFC at Yankee Stadium, while Nashville SC pulled off a great result against FC Cincinnati. The winners of the day were the Columbus Crew, who prevailed in a seven-goal thriller against Orlando City.
Decision day on October 19 is fast approaching, with just four weeks left. For the teams on the edge of the playoffs, it’s a decision, while the teams at the top of their conference fight for a home playoff game.
