Rep. Matt Gaetz, a MAGA-backed Republican from Florida, attended a drug-fueled sex party with a 17-year-old girl he long claimed not to know, according to three eyewitness accounts cited in court documents filed late Thursday night.

They said the underage teenager showed up in her mother’s car to the July 15, 2017, meeting, which was held at lobbyist Chris Dorworth’s Lake Mary home. NOTUS reportedThe girl, who was in 11th grade at the time, was provided for the entertainment of Gaetz and others in attendance who were there to “engage in sexual activities” while consuming “alcohol, cocaine, ecstasy … and marijuana,” court documents say.

The allegations cited are contained in sealed affidavits filed as part of an ongoing civil lawsuit Dorworth filed last year in which he argued he was wrongfully implicated in previous sex trafficking allegations against Gaetz and his cronies. Gaetz was involved three years ago than having had sexual relations with underage girls; his former friend, disgraced local politician Joel Greenberg, said Gaetz paid him to arrange sexual encounters with young women, one of whom was allegedly a 17-year-old girl. A number of Venmo transactions appeared to confirm Reportedly Greenberg’s story.

But Gaetz flatly denied any wrongdoing, insisting to then-Fox News host Tucker Carlson in 2021: “The person does not exist. I did not have a relationship with a 17-year-old. That is completely untrue.”

Greenberg is currently serving an 11-year prison sentence for fraud and child sex trafficking. Gaetz was investigated by authorities as a possible accomplice, but no charges have been filed against him.

Further evidence of Gaetz’s zealous involvement in the underage sex plot is that the congressman exchanged about 30 text messages with Dorworth on the day of the party in 2017 and called him twice before the party began, according to a forensic examination cited in court documents Thursday night.

The affidavits confirm details that previously existed only as rumors, according to NOTUS, which said Gaetz did not respond to a request for comment. Dorworth, for his part, told the outlet in a text message Friday morning that he had “never met” the 17-year-old girl in question.

“She is also lying about Matt Gaetz,” Dorworth wrote, claiming that a lie detector test he had previously taken confirmed his version of events.
