Martha Stewart reveals which “particularly attractive actors” have fascinated her over the years (exclusive)
Stewart, who works with Pure Leaf, tells PEOPLE about the “many fabulous movie stars” she has hosted on her shows
Martha Stewart still gets butterflies in her stomach when she sees certain stars.
The lifestyle expert, who collaborates on Pure Leaf’s latest campaign, tells PEOPLE that there are very few areas in her life that make her nervous in the spotlight.
“I’m not afraid of anything. I like being around people. I like being on TV. I like being interviewed. I like all of that,” says Stewart, who is currently publishing her 100th cookbook. Martha: The Cookbookon November 12th.
But when asked to recall moments that made her a star, Stewart was quick to respond that she had had “so many fabulous movie stars” as guests on her television shows over the years.
“When Russell Crowe came, he was still fit and great, but he perhaps had Gladiator. He was pretty attractive. Matthew McConaughey is still pretty attractive. Tom Cruise was so sweet and attractive in his first films,” she says. “There are all these memories of particularly attractive actors.”

The celebrity encounters that come with her fame are especially exciting for her grandson, 12-year-old Truman Stewart.
Stewart attended the US Open with her grandson on September 8. The duo mingled with other famous spectators at the sporting event and Stewart posted photos from the day on Instagram. Commentators were quick to joke that she was the “Martharazzi.”
“They said I was better than TMZ,” she tells PEOPLE, noting that was not her intention. “I couldn’t believe it.”
