Margot Robbie’s new film, A great, brave, beautiful journey, has confirmed its release date.
After the box office success of Barbie last yearThe actor’s latest project comes out on May 9, 2025 (above Deadline).
Robbie will be alongside The Batman‘s Colin Farrell in the fantasy love story described as “an imaginative tale of two strangers and the extraordinary emotional journey that connects them.”
The film is directed by South Korean filmmaker Kogonada, who previously worked with Farrell on the science fiction drama. According to YangAnd The menuThe screenplay was written by Seth Reiss.

In addition to Robbie and Farrell, the film also stars Flea bagby Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Love and deathby Lily Rabe, Sex education‘s Jodie Turner-Smith and newcomer Lucy Thomas.
Earlier this year, Sony Pictures acquired the worldwide rights to the film, which was a huge success at the European Film Market in Berlin.

It’s been a busy year for Robbie, as she also wants to bring the classic board game Monopoly to the big screen with a film adaptation.
As announced at CinemaCon in April, the actor’s production company, LuckyChap, will produce the film along with Hasbro Entertainment.
Lionsgate is also involved in the project, but there is currently no further information about the plot, cast or release date.
