A 32-year-old man was seriously injured in a rollover accident involving a stolen truck on Center Street in Auburn on Tuesday evening.

According to Auburn police, Ryan Buckingham was driving a stolen Ford F350 truck when it crashed, rolled over and knocked down power lines and a utility pole.

Vehicle caught in fallen cables
A second vehicle driven by 63-year-old Ronald Theriault of Rumford became entangled in the fallen wires. He was uninjured. Four lanes were blocked in the area.

Driver rams commercial vehicle
While officers were on scene, another accident occurred. A 22-year-old man, Keagan Richardson of Turner, collided with a public service vehicle. No one was injured.

Speed was a factor in accident involving commercial vehicle
“Speed was believed to be a factor in this accident,” Auburn police said. Richardson was charged with reckless driving.
