EEveryone loves a good meeting, sweet. And what could be better than talking to a stranger through a wall? The seventh season of Love is blind Premieres Wednesday on Netflix. The hit reality dating show has led to many marriages but also much, much more heartbreak since its premiere in 2020.

Set in Washington, DC, this season features 29 singles who, like the show’s previous contestants, have all entered the pods to make a connection with someone they can’t see. In the end, they have to decide whether they want to marry the person they got engaged to sight unseen. The show is an “experiment,” as hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey often say, and revolves around the age-old question: Is love really blind?

But does the experiment work? Here are the couples on the show who said yes at the altar and are still together.

Season 1, Atlanta

Lauren Speed-Hamilton, 36, and Cameron Hamilton, 34, an interracial couple, captured the public’s heart when they became the first couple to get engaged on the show, which aired in February 2020. The two are still happy today and renewed their vows during their five-year anniversary in November 2023.

“I believe in this experiment that eliminates the confounding variables of ethnicity, race, heritage, and most importantly, physical appearance,” Cameron said on the show. “None of that matters.”

Unfortunately, none of the couples who met on the second season of the reality show, which aired in February 2022, are still together. Jarrette Jones, 34, and Iyanna McNeely, 30, decided to get married last episode but divorced in November 2022. Danielle Ruhl, 31, and Nick Thompson, 39, also tied the knot on the show , but have since gone their separate ways.

The third season of Love is blindIn the film, which premiered in October 2022, two couples got married. Alexa Lemieux, 30, and Brennon Lemieux, 34, became fan favorites as their love blossomed on screen. Not only are they still married, but they have also become parents since their wedding on the show. That’s all I needed.”

Kwame Appiah, 34, and Chelsea Griffin Appiah, 32, also remain married.
