While filming “Emily in Paris,” Lily Collins developed a preference for more high-fashion outfits.

Collins, 35, made a thrilling revelation this week at the Paley Center for Media when she answered a question about her favorite fashion statement from the show.

“The black and white ball gown by Harris Reed was my absolute favorite look,” said the actress Page Six, refers to the black and white striped catsuit with attachable ball skirt and dramatic hat from the season four episode “Masquerade”.

The monochrome ensemble was typically inspired by a striped dress worn by Babe Paley’s daughter Amanda Carter Burden at Truman Capote’s Black and White Ball in 1966, as well as Audrey Hepburn’s costume in My beautiful lady.

Collins also named an outfit she wore in Rome in the final episode of season four as her personal favorite.

“I’m wearing a collared blouse, a vintage Alaïa skirt and flats and I’m feeling very ‘Italian vacation mode, Emily.'”

“This show really allows us to honor wonderful icons over the years, and this season in particular, Audrey,” Collins told the outlet.

“I grew up loving her films, her work with UNICEF and her being as a whole, so it’s nice to experience these moments,” the actress concluded.

Collins also expressed her excitement about one day wearing Victoria Beckham, as season 5 is confirmed to be in the works.

“I would love to wear a bit of Victoria Beckham. I think that would be fun,” Collins said. “I think that’s very chic. Emily is more into black and that tailored aesthetic and I think that would be beautiful.”

Emily in Paris Season 4, Part 1 premiered on August 15, while Part 2 will be available to stream on September 12.
