Keeneland has announced that a colt by Justify this is a half-brother to the Class 3 winner and multiple Class 1 placed Clearly crazy has been added to Book 1 of the September Yearling Sale, which begins on September 9th.

Justify is the leading North American third-generation stallion by progeny wins and by number of Black Type winners (13) as of August 22. His most notable runner this year is City of Troy The three-year-old colt recently won the Juddmonte International Stakes (G1) in record form on August 21. He now has career earnings of $3,028,555.

The yearling, consigned by Thorostock, Agent, as Hip 372, is to be sold on September 10th during the second round of auction. Rock Brothers Breeding bred the colt in Kentucky from the Intelligent strike mare Smart Win a daughter of the Grade 3 winner Win McCool and from the family of the winners of Class 1 Magnum Moon , Hotel Harmony And Pinehurst ; Winner of Class 2 Diligence , Graeme Hall And Sparkyville ; and other winners of Class 3 Win Crafty Lady , Stratford-upon-Avon , We, the people , First round And Berned .

A total of 4,407 horses have been catalogued for the 12 sessions of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale. The online catalogue includes running videos of yearlings and links to the websites of consignors participating in the 81st edition of the sale, which runs through September 21.
