Katy Perry speaks openly about what she is looking for in a partner – and what she is not.

The 39-year-old singer, who is currently engaged to Orlando Bloom, discussed various aspects of her love life in a preview for her performance at the Call her daddy Podcast, scheduled to be released on Wednesday, September 4th.

When host Alex Cooper asked Perry if she had “a type,” she smiled and replied, “I’m not attracted to narcissists anymore.”

Cooper, 30, then asked the pop star: “What are the warning signs that would let you know I would never put up with something like that again?”

“Anyone who is constantly changing the rules of the game or emotionally pulling the rug out from under you is not it,” Perry said. “Anyone who says they know you better than you know yourself. Someone who is just not going to help you.”

“It’s like if I come downstairs and the kitchen is clean and you’ve done everything and done all the dishes and closed all the pantry doors, then you better get ready to get your cock sucked,” she said.

After Cooper burst into laughter, Perry added, “I mean, literally. That’s my love language. I don’t need a red Ferrari. I can buy a red Ferrari. Just do the damn dishes.”

Although they remained friends after their split, they rekindled their romance and made their red carpet debut at the Global Ocean Gala at the Monte-Carlo Opera in Monaco in September 2018.

The couple got engaged in February 2019 and had their daughter Daisy Dove in August 2020.

Bloom spoke at an appearance in the What now? with Trevor Noah Podcast in April.

“I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world, even though sometimes it feels like, ‘How are we going to do this?’ Because we have these two huge careers and lives, and hers is even, you know… sometimes it’s like a universe,” he said.
