It’s nice to know that real life usually works much better than life in a soap opera! It’s been a while since we last Rich and beautifulIt’s Wyatt and Flo, but at this point, we have to assume their relationship has hit rock bottom. Since Darin Brooks confirmed on the CBS soap opera last fall that he and Wyatt are done, we can’t imagine he and Flo will ever get a happy ending.

Katrina Bowden, on the other hand, probably will, as she shared an update on her wedding plans with fiancé, musician Adam Taylor, courtesy of Page Six. As the celebrity news publisher reported, the happy couple has already picked out wedding rings, although they haven’t decided where to hold the ceremony yet. But hey, at least they’re moving forward faster than Flo and Wyatt ever did!

In her Instagram stories, Bowden wrote, “There’s still a lot to plan, but at least we found our wedding rings!” And she clearly has her priorities right, because she shared a tongue-in-cheek update along with the article in an Instagram post, writing, “Dress and ring shopping > other parts of wedding planning.”

That is fair, although we feel that buying clothes is at least something influenced by wedding locations — especially if you’re planning on getting married on the beach. You don’t want to overheat in a dress or have a train that drags too much on the sand!

Bowden announced their engagement in September and the “dazzling” engagement ring took center stage. We’re sure that no matter where the happy couple chooses to have their wedding, it will be a beautiful ceremony and a day they’ll never forget!
