Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn Jae Brown wore stylish shoes as they arrived on the blue carpet at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville on Thursday evening.

For the occasion, Kane wore simple black oxford shoes, which was a common theme among the men of the evening. Made of leather material, the footwear had a slight triangular design, which is in the range of what his contemporaries chose for shoes for their upscale appearance. The shoes also did not contain any laces or decorations, but were a slip-on design. His ensemble was completed with a small block heel estimated to be 1 to 1.5 inches tall.

Kane’s outfit of choice for the ceremony was a navy blue suit, which included an oversized black button-down blazer and matching pants. Under his jacket he wore a simple black shirt, which he embellished with a silver chain. Black sunglasses provided the finishing touch.

As for Katelyn, her shoes were barely visible as they were covered by her dress. From the outline, however, they appeared to be pointed-toe pumps, as you could see the triangular shaft peeking through her dress. Given her preference for heels with an elevated height, it is likely that the silhouette was completed with a stiletto heel measuring between 3 and 4 inches in height. She opted for a burgundy peekaboo dress with a strap and sheer design and accessorized her outfit with a matching clutch and silver bracelets. She kept her makeup simple and styled her long blonde locks in a middle part.

Kane isn’t the only male celebrity to choose Oxfords for the awards. Machine Gun Kelly was also spotted on the red carpet in a pair of black pointed-toe oxford shoes made from smooth, shiny patent leather. The shoes had a minimalist design in the upper, were partially covered by his pants, and featured a triangular, sharp toe.

The 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards is a new awards show honoring the best artist in country music. The show, hosted by Shania Twain, will air live on NBC and will feature Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini, Alana Springsteen and more.
