JetBlue introduces coin service between New York and Bozeman

DALLAS — Yesterday, JetBlue (B6) announced that it will begin offering Mint service on the New York (JFK) to Bozeman (BZN) route in addition to the Boston (BOS) to BZN route beginning February 14, 2025. This move comes after a surge in demand in February due to the popularity of skiing in Montana, expanding passenger choices.

Mint service is offered from both JFK and BOS to Bozeman on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

From New York to Bozeman, B6947 departs JFK at 09:50 and arrives at 13:00 (local time). One hour and 50 minutes later, B6944 departs BZN at 14:50 and arrives JFK at 21:04 (local time).

On the Boston-Bozeman route, B6257 leaves BOS at 07:30 and arrives in BZN at 10:40 (local time). Just over an hour later, B6256 leaves BZN at 11:50 and arrives in Boston at 18:10 (local time).

JetBlue’s Mint offering is equivalent to a long-haul business class product. At the airport, it includes a dedicated Mint check-in lane, security screening at select airports, priority boarding and priority baggage claim.

On board, Mint passengers can expect:

  • 180° adjustable seats with customizable foam cushions, duvet and pillows from Tuft & Needle®
  • 15-inch (or larger) personal IFE screen that can display movies, shows and live TV
  • Amenity Kits designed by Cara
  • Restaurant-style small plates curated by Delicious Hospitality Group (DHG)’s popular New York City restaurants Legacy Records, Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones.

Dave Jehn, JetBlue’s vice president of network planning and airline partnerships, expressed optimism and reiterated JetBlue’s customer service goals: “With the launch of Mint and increased frequency of flights on weekends, we want to offer our customers premium travel options and make their trip to Bozeman and back an exceptional experience.”
