Jennifer Lopez was spotted having lunch with her 16-year-old daughter Emme in Beverly Hills on Friday.

The 55-year-old singer appeared to be in high spirits as she showed off her wedding ring amid rumors of an impending divorce from husband Ben Affleck.

The exes have not been seen together for months and DailyMail.com revealed that they have already prepared divorce papers to be filed at a later date.

The hitmaker had taken off her wedding ring last week, but when she and Emme arrived at celebrity hotspot E. Baldi, the ring was back on her finger, sparking further curiosity about the status of her marriage.

Despite the speculation, Jennifer seemed completely unfazed and exuded Hollywood glamour in a chic white top and vintage jeans, looking like a real movie star.

The outing comes amid reports that Jennifer’s inner circle has long harbored a dislike for Ben.

Although the “Hustlers” star – who was recently spotted wearing his wedding ring again – and the Argo filmmaker initially exuded affection after their second attempt at romance, some of Jennifer’s closest friends and advisers reportedly have a bone to pick with Affleck after going back to their first attempt at romance in the early 2000s.

Among those who are not Affleck fans is Jennifer’s longtime manager Benny Medina, a source told Page Six.

“The two cannot stand each other. They do not understand each other and there is still animosity,” they claimed.

Benny had worked with Jennifer during many of her early successes, but their collaboration ended in 2003.

Several sources have reportedly said that Affleck played a role in Lopez’s decision to dump Medina.

However, she brought Benny back as her manager just a few years after she and the Armageddon star broke off their engagement in 2004.

Since then, he has been one of her closest advisers and she has been seen spending time with him when she was staying in the Hamptons away from Ben, who remained in Los Angeles.

Another source told Page Six that Benny tried to keep quiet so he could be more diplomatic about Jennifer’s second romance with Ben.

“His attitude was, ‘I’m not going to say anything.’ (There was) no ‘good for you,’ but (he) wasn’t negative either,” they claimed.

The source said there was no point in protesting as he was reportedly convinced that Jennifer would marry Ben regardless of his input.

Another person whose ties with Jennifer temporarily broke off due to her relationship with Ben was her good friend Leah Remini, although the “Gone Girl” star does not appear to have played a direct role in the end of that friendship.

It was previously reported that Jennifer had turned Leah down and even denied her an invitation to her wedding after the “King of Queens” star asked her to think about whether the aspects of Ben that allegedly led to the first split still played a role.

But the former friends managed to put their feud behind them earlier this year. Leah reportedly spent time with Jennifer and comforted her amid her alleged marital problems with Ben.

According to the second source, “Nobody except (Lopez’s) mother likes Ben Affleck. He’s a top-notch asshole.”

As evidence, they cited recent reports that Affleck had allegedly delayed filing for divorce in the hope of not harming Jennifer.

But she rehired him after her first breakup with Ben, and Medina was reportedly neither congratulatory nor negative when she announced that she was back together with Ben

But an insider had previously told the publication that it was far too late for that and that Jennifer already felt “humiliated” after Ben “took the initiative” to get back together with her, even though the relationship had only lasted so short.

“That definitely wasn’t on her bingo card,” the second source said. “She would have clawed someone’s eyes out if they told her they were splitting up after less than two years.”

Ben was spotted at work in Los Angeles on Thursday, and a recent report from In Touch suggested that he has allegedly delayed filing for divorce to avoid humiliating Jennifer as he is producing the upcoming film Unstoppable, in which she stars.

Ben and his longtime friend Matt Damon, who serves as a producer alongside him, are reportedly “invested” in the film’s success, which is why he has reportedly delayed a divorce so as not to harm the film’s box office success or Jennifer’s public image.
