Congratulations to the entire Foxx family! Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corinne Foxx officially tied the knot with her fiancé Joe Hooten in an intimate and magical ceremony.

Actress and former The Jamie Foxx Show Star Garcelle Beauvais attended the wedding of her close friend’s daughter and shared several photos from the occasion on social media.

The snapshots showed the beautiful wedding dress of 30-year-old CorinneNwith a tiered, asymmetrical skirt that ties at the front so she can walk and show off her legs.

The off-the-shoulder dress It also deviated from more traditional wedding dresses by being covered in a delicate floral pattern that added splashes of green to the otherwise mostly white dress. Her hair was tied in a bun with a large, floor-length veil attached, and she topped it all off with white pumps.

The photos of the beautiful venue showed a small but brightly lit outdoor area, and guests watched as 56-year-old Jamie became emotional as he walked his daughter down the aisle.

Other photos shared by Garcelle show the delighted groom as well as another tender moment between father and daughter as the couple danced together after the ceremony.

She wrote: “Last night we got to witness and celebrate the love of @corinnefoxx and @joe.hooten. Your love and respect for each other is palpable. Corinne, you looked stunning.”

Corinne and Joe announced their engagement in December. While it’s unclear when they first started dating, they reportedly both attended the University of Southern California and met in 2018.

Jamie took to social media to share an emotional tribute to his firstborn following the engagement announcement, writing: “You are a perfect example of what it means to be in love… You care about each other’s mental and physical lives… and you support each other… Congratulations on your engagement.”

He continued: “@joe.hooten when you whispered to me a while back that you were going to ask my little girl to marry you, I had tears of joy in my soul… and @corinnefoxx you have… and have always had a special place in my heart… you deserve tons of love…”

In a previous conversation with Entertainment Tonight, Corinne described the heroic moment when Joe established himself as part of the Foxx family and won her father’s approval.

“We were on a snorkeling trip in Hawaii and none of my family can swim,” she explained. “So we were all in the middle of the ocean and everyone started drowning. One by one, my fiancé dove in, brought something back, dove in, brought something back. My dad said, ‘He’s a sweetheart! He saved the family.'”

She even joked (quite presciently), “I’m a little worried about when he walks me down the aisle… Of course it will be beautiful and amazing, but yes, he will definitely cry.”
